Our services
You are entitled to use our services based on the Arval ID card which will be provided to you along with other documents when taking over the car.
The Arval card contains, apart from important contact details, information about the services available to you based on the contract between your company and Arval. The card is always issued for a particular car and contains the vehicle registration number. The card is non-transferrable. If you present the card for service, assistance intervention or tire replacement will be provided to you on site with no charge.
