Actual Costs calculation differs from Closed Calculation in the level of risk guaranteed by the leasing company.  'Actual Costs Calculation'  lets you leave behind the risks of operation costs such as post-guarantee repairs, tire replacement, spare vehicle provision, sale of the used vehicle etc.

Costs associated with the service and maintenance of the vehicles are not part of the contractual price, but they are charged to you on a monthly basis according to actual costs.  Other items such as taxes and fees, insurance, assistance service etc. continue to be part of the regular monthly lease payment.  This calculation of price is particularly suitable for companies with a small fleet which are looking for lower monthly installments and due to the small size of the fleet, are willing to bear certain risks associated with their operation.
