ARVAL ASSISTANCE, the assistance service backed up by Europ Assistance is available to drivers 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  The telephone numbers are on your Arval ID card:

The Arval identification card specifies which assistance services are provided.  If the assistance  is specified, the telephone number to the Arval partner is on the card.

 

ARVAL ASSISTANCE is available for any situation when the vehicle cannot be driven such as:

  • a damaged tire
  • a vehicle break-in that leaves it in an unusable state
