Service Network
Service Centers
- For regular service inspections, repairs of all kinds or tire changes and storage, the driver can use any service center which has a contract with Arval.
- If the driver is not sure whether the service center that has been chosen belongs to this network, they may contact the Arval Technical Department directly to get advice and directions to the nearest service center or tire shop.
Regular Maintenance and Repairs
How it works:
- Select the service center
- Order the service and make an appointment
- The service is authorized using the ARVAL ID card
- Relax, your service or repair will be taken care of
Approval Process
- The driver presents the ARVAL ID card at the service center and places a service order with the technician.
- The authorized service will be performed after the Arval Technical Department approves it.
- Every service will be assigned an authorization number.
- If the driver requests a service or repair that is not covered by the contract, an Arval representative will contact the Fleet Manager to get approval before it is done.
