Depending on the subject, we will try our best to come back to you as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after your request. During this delay, Arval can contact your to ask for extra identification information or to clarify your request. In case we face any difficulty for replying you on time because of specific technical issues, we will keep you updated accordingly.
